Okay The experience overall was negative. However, after publishing a very negative post on this page they got back to me and made a refound. I'm not saying I'm happy with the service, but at least they get back to me (after lots of pressure).

Only one word to define “Spanish Group”… Only one word to define “Spanish Group” SCAM SCAM I’ve purchase from their website 5 pages to translate, I’ve received only 1. I tried contact through email, the answers were always completely lost - they are at least anything far from organized. Telephone doesn’t exist, chat is an AI enable of understand what you want. Page of complain … this is getting worse… a place to someone if there is someone to laugh on you. Absolutely NO answer. Don’t fall for the SCAM.

Excellent Service Company have used the Spanish Group service twice, and both times the team members have been very efficient, professional, kind patient and polite. I must also confess that the quality of thier translation is really matchless as I, myself have been an English Persian translater and teacher for nearly 40 years. Responsive, professional, and quick Dan Hickman at Southeast Spanish came through for us twice during our translation process. We started with another translation service (The Spanish Group) and had some frustrations and complications. When we needed an additional document translated by sworn translator, we decided to try Southeast. We wish we would have started with them.
