You'll rarely need support because the documentation is good and code easy to follow - but in the cases that you do reach out to them, the support is top notch. I would love to have features like.... I would love to have features like post date specific restrictions rules. For example, with premium u get to see all content (many years of posts and material) but with silver you get to see content posted between September 1st 2022 and June 31 2023 only. Not before. Or a automatic upgrade from a free to a paid membership asking for bank details at first to subscribe the free, or to have the ability to restrict some of the content for trials and unlock it once it becomes a paid mmship. All the rest, fabulous!
