I appreciate the time and effort given… I appreciate the time and effort given by my project manager, Sarah. I have a busy schedule and am not computer literate by far. Sarah took her time to explain the process and the things she would be doing and let me know what she needed from me. My busy schedule sometimes got our times off but Sarah was patient with me. She walked me through the process and I am totally happy with what we have so far.

Completely Dissatisfied I started a website Mar 2023. I provided extensive work product of my own making and by August had what amounts to an introductory template site. We had some issues with a 3rd party plug-in that was coming up short after our initial consultations ;then I got ghosted. I have been generously open to resolving this case the three times they actually responded to me over the last eight months, but have since had to file a claim with Arizona Attorney General Consumer Affairs which they have also failed to respond to. At this point I have had to go another direction and am trying to just get a refund.
