I have been using a dedicated server… I have been using a dedicated server for 4 years. During this time, I had minimum needs for support, everything is going well. When I needed support, they responded fast. I can recommend MivoCloud for sure.

You must wait for the refund for 60 days. and they don't even tell you whether they made it or not. and even when I asked whether they made the refund.
