Their uptime is consistently high, and my website loads quickly every time. Whenever I've had questions or issues, their customer support team has been quick to respond and incredibly helpful.

Worked flawlessly for a long time, but then died for a day! Worked flawlessly for a long time, support was helpful and fast. But today it died, and already 8 hours have passed and they give ZERO information on when it will get back, what happened and so. They even didn't bother to make a mass mail with some insights on the issue. I give them 2 stars only as a credit for a previous hassle-free operation. I highly evaluate not the services that do not break (as everything breaks sometimes), but these who are capable of telling honest explanations about incidents and ETAs.
