LVWorked flawlessly for a long time, but then died for a day! Worked flawlessly for a long time, support was helpful and fast. But today it died, and already 8 hours have passed and they give ZERO information on when it will get back, what happened and so. They even didn't bother to make a mass mail with some insights on the issue. I give them 2 stars only as a credit for a previous hassle-free operation. I highly evaluate not the services that do not break (as everything breaks sometimes), but these who are capable of telling honest explanations about incidents and ETAs.
