Buyer Beware Remember when you were taught that if something sounds too good to be true, it is? I forgot that for a moment. I ordered a computer part from ComplinkUSA only to not get any word about the order for days! I called numerous times, the phone just rings and rings. E-mailed twice until I decided to contact the website that my payment was credited to: eTechNext Inc. I contacted them through e-mail and told them to just cancel my order on ComplinkUSA and we can get on with our lives. They did just that proving they own both websites. BUYER BEWARE! ComplinkUSA and etechnext Inc ARE THE SAME COMPANY! Do not order anything from them! You WILL NOT GET IT! (I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 since they did give me a swift refund.) I recommend going to Newegg, far more secure and varied in products.

Quality product with fast delivery All on a sudden, one of my power supply became out of order. I was searching online and found some stores listed that power supply. I ordered one of the well known store but after 2 days the cancelled the order due of out of stock!!! I was in a shock to hear after 2 days. Then, i searched google and landed to etechnext.com. Due to my bitter experience with other store, I had placed a phone call and their customer service representative ensured me that they always keep updated their online stores with real time data. He rechecked the stock for me and posted at that evening though I had placed the order a bit day end time. Surprisingly, I got the product next day with better quality that I had anticipated.
