The non glitter colors weren't as… The non glitter colors weren't as pigmented as depicted on the site. I had to use about 3 coats before the color actually came through. Removing is also a pain and time intensive. Also not a fan of the mess powder can be.

Love products/not shipping time I love Fairy Glamor products. The glitter dips are amazing! Only thing I don't love is the time it takes to ship and that they don't offer smaller quantities. It should not take two weeks to receive my orders after paying for expedited shipping! I have since gone with another company in same location, which has true expedited shipping and smaller dip jar options.

My first order I mistakenly used an email address I rarely use/check and didn't realize my error. Sent an email to customer service asking for a status and received an reply within a couple hours. They were very helpful and figured out my issue. Turns out they'd sent several status emails with shipping status.

I sent an email and didn't receive a response! I absolutely love FG I just didn't like I qualified for free shipping but didn't receive it! Although I don't like the process of calling the cops over $30 to file a report just to get a replacement I would rather eat the 30 or just reorder. My experience has been positive any questions i have they do reply very quickly.
