I got some of the files that I needed About 80% of data was retrieved from my hard drive, but I am just thankful that I got some of the files that I needed. The tech team as well as the customer service team were very polite and were willing to update me regarding the progress of the data recovery.

Worst customer service ever I wish I could give 0 stars. I called in looking for advice on my server that crashed and was treated with horrible customer service. I can't imagine what it would be like to work with this company. They are hands down the most rude employees / owners I've ever had the dis privilege of working with. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. They seem to be an very small shotty data recovery company that probably practices data recovery at best.

Really recommend ACE services When I accidently pulled out my flash drive from the PC during the file transfer, I lost the data both from the PC and the flash drive. I took them both to ACE data recovery and prayed for a miracle. Maria promised to contact me within 48 hours with the diagnoses. I got a call in 24 hours and in two days I already got my data back.
