ACE was able to restore almost everything I was working on a very important project with a pretty tight deadline when the program I was working on decided to crash. Worst customer service ever I wish I could give 0 stars. I called in looking for advice on my server that crashed and was treated with horrible customer service. I can't imagine what it would be like to work with this company. They are hands down the most rude employees / owners I've ever had the dis privilege of working with. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. They seem to be an very small shotty data recovery company that probably practices data recovery at best.

Great company!! I dropped off a hard drive at Ace that my husband's tech guy from work said was "toast".
