Excellent Company, Excellent Service When my wife stepped on my thumb drive I thought I would die. I had all my documents on that little thing! But ACE Data Recovery came to my rescue. The people at the lab were very kind and were able to restore all my data within a few days. Words can’t explain how grateful I am for the miracle they've done with my files!

I got back the files that were most important to me. The personable customer service representatives made this service seem trustworthy. The status of my hard drive was evaluated first and its condition was explained to me in a clear and concise manner. Not all of my files were retrieved but that is understandable given that my hard drive was smashed. Still, I got some of the files that were most important to me.

Great company!! I dropped off a hard drive at Ace that my husband's tech guy from work said was "toast". I panicked as 4 years worth of family pictures were among that items I thought I had lost forever. I am so grateful to this company for recovering my pictures for me. I am so relieved and would recommend ACE Data recovery to anyone!!! They are amazing at what they do.

Worst customer service ever I wish I could give 0 stars. I called in looking for advice on my server that crashed and was treated with horrible customer service. I can't imagine what it would be like to work with this company. They are hands down the most rude employees / owners I've ever had the dis privilege of working with. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. They seem to be an very small shotty data recovery company that probably practices data recovery at best.
