Worst customer service ever I wish I could give 0 stars. I called in looking for advice on my server that crashed and was treated with horrible customer service. I can't imagine what it would be like to work with this company. They are hands down the most rude employees / owners I've ever had the dis privilege of working with. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. They seem to be an very small shotty data recovery company that probably practices data recovery at best.

I got some of the files that I needed About 80% of data was retrieved from my hard drive, but I am just thankful that I got some of the files that I needed. The tech team as well as the customer service team were very polite and were willing to update me regarding the progress of the data recovery.

These were not just any files, they were precious photos of my daughter and dog that I spent years collecting and that mean the world to me. ACE was my only hope. From the moment I reached out until now, they have been very professional and trustworthy. I sent my drive to them and they communicated with me every step of the way. They informed me of what they could do before they charged. I trusted them and I am SO GLAD I DID! THIS COMPANY RECOVERED ALL OF MY DELETED FILES and returned them to me on a new disc! I sat and cried tears of joy when I saw the deleted files, just as hard as I had cried tears of hurt when I lost the files. If you are dealing with a similar situation, I highly highly recommend them! They are true experts and priced reasonably as well. I am beyond grateful. They gave me lots of priceless life memories back and I can't thank them enough!

Excellent Company, Excellent Service When my wife stepped on my thumb drive I thought I would die. I had all my documents on that little thing! But ACE Data Recovery came to my rescue.
