Really recommend ACE services When I accidently pulled out my flash drive from the PC during the file transfer, I lost the data both from the PC and the flash drive. Worst customer service ever I wish I could give 0 stars. I called in looking for advice on my server that crashed and was treated with horrible customer service. I can't imagine what it would be like to work with this company. They are hands down the most rude employees / owners I've ever had the dis privilege of working with. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. They seem to be an very small shotty data recovery company that probably practices data recovery at best.

I got back the files that were most important to me. The personable customer service representatives made this service seem trustworthy. The status of my hard drive was evaluated first and its condition was explained to me in a clear and concise manner. Not all of my files were retrieved but that is understandable given that my hard drive was smashed. Still, I got some of the files that were most important to me.
