ALL BUYERS BEWARE!!! Do not purchase anything from this website. They are scammers from China. They lead people into believing that it’s a US based company and legitimate. Not! I personally didn’t know any better, I read the (what I know now to be fake) reviews. I made my purchase through PayPal. Once the payment went through I never received a confirmation number. Then a few days passed and didn’t receive any updates of the product. I emailed their “customer service support team “ and I received an email stating that the confirmation number was sent via email. Still nothing. Until I filed a complaint through PayPal asking for a refund. And within a week I received a full refund. confirmation

Updated review This is an update from my previous review and interactions with this co. I would first like to say, just be weary of buying outside of the original brand company!! I bought a Rodan and Fields product with mekocustom bc I believed their website and reviews. The "product" arrived fairly quickly, however, THE BOTTLES WERE EMPTY!! When i tried emailing/going to their website to contact someone, each link is a bunch of scrambled words. It wasnt until after I posted a horrible review, that I finally got an email back. I was given a refund fairly quickly (about a week) after back and forth confirmation emails. I'm sure there are people that had luck here, but just keep in mind you may get disappointed, but they will make it right.
