GBThe support people were not helpful and… The support people were not helpful and never answered my questions. I was unable to load my data because support did not help me. Took a couple of weeks to cancel and they charged me a fee to cancel for a service I was unable to use.

GBOne star is too much One star is too much. We have been using Cloudwalks for about 6 months and have encountered issues almost daily. Many, many down times. Disconnections once a week minimum. Very poor tech support. Their claim of 99.9% uptime is a gross exaggeration, we have been down for entire business days on multiple occasions. They have cost my small business a tremendous amount due to their very poor performance. I do not recommend them
