They worked patiently with me to figure out the problem we were having, and stayed on the phone to make sure all aspects were properly connected. Setting up an appointment was easier than waiting online for hours, and they called promptly and were super helpful.

GBExcellent Software for Nonprofits This product is excellent for nonprofit organizations that need good software to manage their books. The program is intuitive and entries are very easy to make. There are a large number of reports available to prepare for any date range you choose. The reconcilement option helps ensure your entries are accurate. The old program we used for our books was outdated and not user friendly. I switched to Money Minder this year after taking over as Treasurer of our PTA and it was glorious. It is so user friendly and very easy to use. Their customer service is great, and the live chat function connects you to a real person who is able to help you immediately. It has been a great addition for our PTA!

GBOur condo Association is in it's fourth year with MoneyMinder. Our condo Association is in it's fourth year using the MoneyMinder software. The software is very user friendly, one wouldn't need an accounting background to use the product. The very competent staff is very prompt and helpful when questions arise. Additionally, when confronted with an accounting allocation problem, the senior staff was very helpful in walking me through the issues involved, saving our association a great deal of money.

GBI love Money Minder! I am a first year novice club treasurer who really had no idea what he had gotten himself into. As a senior, I had much to learn without much in the way of help from the past club treasurer. My son helped research online for the best fit for me relative to a simple, easy to understand accounting software product. He landed on Money Minder and boy am I glad he did! He felt that, of all the options he researched, Money Minder seem to have the best customer support. I have found that to be absolutely spot on and most beneficial. They are extremely fast to respond to live chat cry's for help. They expertly diagnose the problem you contact them about and the most appreciated part is how friendly, patient and understanding they are. They stay with you until the problem is solved and never seem to be put off by questions asked. I also really like how the use a coaching technique that enables the customer to join in the solution, thus gaining confidence in their abilities. In addition, one can request a transcript to be sent of the chat. This can then be printed for future reference. Whoa, that is super helpful, trust me! : ) I started with Money Minder in January of 2023 and have been 100% satisfied! I can highly endorse and recommend this company to anyone who has taken on the challenge of becoming a novice treasurer! Try 'em...You'll be glad you did!
