Amazing Experience with Churnkey! The experience using Churnkey was totally awesome. When we used the offboarding/cancellation flows, we saw a 20% reduction in cancellation rates, which we could immediately reap the benefits. The product is so easy to use and has great design taste. It was easy to integrate the features with our product. We are happy with the features that we decided to move other churn reduction features from a competitor to Churnkey! Other than that, Rob from Churnkey had been very responsive with our queries and requests. We had faced some engineering difficulties, and Rob was swift in his response and pushes features for us to suit our product needs. I would say that he performed above and beyond, and we're so glad that we stumbled upon this product!
