Greedy Organization - do not recommend I inadvertly didn't cancel my subscription before the trial period ended and was charged for an annual subscription for their Pro plan which is close to $1,000. I messaged Nepeto several times immediately after I was charged to see if I could get a refund since I wasn't using the software and let them know I had no use for it. First they ignored my messages over a period of days. I demanded a response as a paid customer and they finally responded that they couldn't provide any type of refund because of their "policy". As a business that is servicing growing businesses, the fact they refused a refund even though I prepaid for a full year shows what type of business they are and their lack of support for small business. It costs them nothing to refund me since this is a search database and it's clear they have zero customer services priorities or skills. I do not recommend putting your money into this company. I also found a LOT of erros in their supposed deals they find for you which are not deals at all.
