Reliability and Quickness They take care of all our technology. Multiple websites, an open API online software we use for management (they are able to customize data entry and reports), our CRM (they customized the whole thing), security, and hosting. Basically, I have never given them a problem that they can’t solve for me! When we email with an issue, I typically hear from them within an hour day or night. Extremely reliable. Turn around time and their input on best practices! We have not had a situation come up where we felt improvement was needed…I don’t think you will be disappointed if you hire Midwestern Technology.
