Subtracting 2 stars for being annoying The items were shipped quickly and legitimate. I'm happy with my purchase and the price I paid. Docking 2 stars because the company sent me at least 3 emails reminding me to review them. One email is more than enough, if I delete it then go away.

Haven't received the order yet (got it but not happy in all) Haven't received the order yet. Didn't receive a tracking email with the info as to when it would be delivered until after I emailed the service....since I can't call them. It is time sensitive as it is for a present for a person a a trip leaving soon. So I hope it gets here on time, because I bet I won't be able to return it, if this is any indication....Update--did get the item 1 day before needed (5 days after the expected delivery date), and they did get back to me by email eventually (probably after the review posted)....still not comfortable with the whole ordering system.

Amazing 😍… Placing my order was incredibly pleasant, informative, quick to answer questions regarding my order! In this day and age, it's unusual to speak to a CS Rep. That is both Casual and Professional, and is also very knowledgeable of your products. I was surprised to find my absolute favorite Perfume: Sun, Moon and Stars🥰 It smells just like I remember and it's great to know that I can continue to order from Buybeauty, for all of my skincare , Cosmetic needs, not to mention all of the great products in between! Your CSR staff is fantastic as well. Well done. Amazing Job!! Thank You, Sincerely, Janet Vanderpool

My difficult to find favorite fragrance… My difficult to find favorite fragrance was available and at a reasonable price. Delivery was quick. Very happy!

Thank you! Very good experience I ordered two Hermes perfumes and they were delivered quickly and packaged nicely. Very good experience. Leaving a review as I was unsure of purchasing from the site as I had not heard of it previously but my experience was very good. The prices were great too.
