Best VPS deal with excellent customer service I used to host several domains at IONOS and was considering purchasing a VPS plan so I can have more control over my websites and installed packages. After spending several days searching the internet for a decent plan that wasn't too expensive, I could not believe the offer I found from SSD Nodes. It looked too good to be true, but as it turned out and after reading reviews from happy customers, it is real and they delivered on their promise. I now have my own VPS with 8 vCPUs, 32GB of RAM and 480GB SSD at an incredibly low price that no other VPS provider could beat. While I was setting up my server with what I want, I ran into a situation that I wasn't able to figure out on my own. I submitted a support ticket and was really surprised to see their quick response and how much detail they provided to ensure I got what I needed and understood their process. Get this. Not only did I receive excellent customer service, but a day later I received an email from the CEO and founder himself (Matt) inquiring about my experience to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend SSD Nodes to anyone looking to get the most bang for their buck and great customer service.

positive reviews are mainly fakes Looking at all the positive reviews here, either I'm terribly unlucky and have stumbled upon a completely broken server, or the other reviews are fakes. The fact is that the promised performance is not there at all. A simple wordpress on their monster vps will not have a TTFB of less than 2 seconds. Even the ssh login is abnormally slow. In short, run away, there are plenty of much healthier and no more expensive alternatives.

So far so good! I've been using the X-Large KVM solution from SSD Nodes for almost one year. For the price I'm getting a VPS several times better resource-wise than the prevoius ones I've used (DigitalOcean, Linode and Vultr). I'm always looking for better deals and offers (that's why I found SSD Nodes in the first place) but it's not been easy finding a better deal for this price. Performance has been stable and support has been responsive. I would recommend it to anyone!

They're keeping my money for a service I'm not using. ssdnodes seemed reputable so I signed up for a several-year engagement. After having a rough start and their service not fitting my needs, I decided to cancel. At that point they gave me a credit on an account that I won't be using. They refuse to give me a refund saying that I'm past the 14 day trial and then trying to explain their profitability calculations as an excuse for not refunding money they're keeping while not providing a service that I'm using. In my book that's called stealing and I'd had for anyone that I care about to have this same experience. Do not use them. Stay away.

Amazing value and uptime Amazing value and uptime I have used a couple of other hosting provider before I tried SSD Nodes about 3 years ago. I have been using them since for development and production hosting and I have never been disappointed. A lot of value for the cost. I only remembered one planned reboot, no other downtimes otherwise. The network is great too, no random latency spikes. Definitely my top recommendation.
