Timely response from support team I started having some issues with the LearnDash Certificate Verify And Share plugin because it was not displaying the verification page correctly. I contacted Wooninjas technical support, who promptly responded to my request and resolved the issue efficiently. I recommend Wooninjas products because despite having the lifetime version of the plugin for a few years, their response to my requirements is very fast. Over the years I have had two events and both have been resolved satisfactorily.

Wooninjas Learndash plugin We use the Wooninjas plugin and with time and updates, the plugin ends up no longer working and requires adjustment, which is normal. But every time, the service is fast and they fix the problem. It's been 2 times that we have had to adjust the plugin and it's going well, but we still have to be patient since everything takes on average two weeks to a month. We are very satisfied with the service of this company.

never provided results the team changed scope of work - produced no results, padded the hours worked -- logs show how much activity they did in my system -- and they over stated hours by 10x. they changed the parameters of the work despite stated goals. they have a serious communications problem and just do not do project plans despite numerous requests for project planning documentation so we could track progress. the dev team refused to have a call with me - was only ever allowed to talk to the sales guy who seemed to misunderstand every conversation and spent most of his time talking and repeating himself rather than listening and understanding. in the end I sent them $3500 and got nothing for it -- and no refund despite the lack of progress and overstated hours of work.
