Untrustworthy. 9/30/23,I reached out to them to get a revamping of my logo. I was reassured after paying I would get what I requested. No contact with them until I reached out to them on 10/7/23. Long story short now they are requesting another $70 in addition to what I've already paid. At this writing I still haven't received what I paid for. If they're really a business, the right thing to do better is be trustworthy. The logo I paid to have revamped cost $64 & I received a file I'm unable to use. I'm done.
