Their support system could be improved. Edit: After initial problems regarding bandwidth issues, they were able to provide a full refund on the charges. Their Facebook chat service was very efficient. It's a pity that their support system doesn't have a ticket system and it took almost a week to get full support / and clear answers from them.

I purchased a server with a 1 Gbps… I purchased a server with a 1 Gbps dedicated connection, immediately did speed and latency tests from around the world, and I wasn't given anywhere NEAR a 1 Gbps connection, much less dedicated. The customer support, which you will need even if you can compile your own kernels, because their hardware can't handle anything. I am pretty sure I was given a 7+ year old Xeon with 1066 DDR3, and wow it was terrible. A $80 VPS beat my server in every speed test except multicore and, the VPS only had 16 GB of RAM compared to that of 128 of serverroom.net I wouldn't say this is a scam, they do sell servers, but there is a reason for the price. It's very very bad.

Very happy with my purchases. Very nice servers, speedy and reliable. Have had a few problems in the past but were resolved super quick with their 24/7 live chat! I am very thankful for how they managed my server and have been very generous. Proud owner of ~30 servers from this company and have been running perfectly. Would definitely buy again and would recommend this host to my friends if they needed a fast host, which can be reliable and have fast speeds!
