One employee who stands out is Jonathan has a calm demeaner and always try to help me as soon as needed. He corresponded with me by E mail, Text messages and WhatsAPP. He gets me to others who can help me when he thinks he is unfamiliar with a problem he cannot resolve. He taught me how to resolve issues myself using good teaching skills and expertise. All these interactions go very well because he is knowledgeable when he can help. I have worked with him for a few months and it is a pleasure to give him good reviews.
