I emailed to let you know that I didn’t… I emailed to let you know that I didn’t think the fragrance I received LAVS smell right to me. It had an unusual moldy smell so I wrote you an email but no one ever responded so I think this is extremely poor service. I know this fragrance has gone bad for because I have had a bottle of it before.

I was disappointed I was disappointed. Other discount perfume houses ship free especially with the price bracket of $75.00 for such a small amount of eau de toilette. The cologne was shipped in a generic little pump spray. I purchased the same amount from other companies and at least it was the box and bottle with original packaging for $40.00 with free shipping.

Wonderful staff The staff here is always very personable and very knowledgeable of the various products available. By keeping a personal profile log of my purchases, they are able to learn what I like (which happens to be a little bit of everything. Lol.) Also if I am purchasing something as a gift for someone, they help me to cater to that person's potential likes and dislikes. I always have a pleasant experience here, and I've never left empty- handed!

a good shopping experience Surprisingly, this was the only store in the US where I was able to locate Nicolai's hand and body lotions (the parfums and home scents yes, the cosmetics no). It's nice that I don't have to order the products from France (not that I object to dealing with Nicolai Parfumeur Createur, they are a great company, this is just more convenient). The items were shipped quickly and happily received.
