Started out with good support on their… Started out with good support on their discord, but when I ran into a server-halting bug (a commonality with the beginner plan). I was simply met with silence, so I was forced to stop the service because my filesystem was broken and there was no support for my problem.

Prism is an excellent host Prism has an excellent team around them. Their COO provided support for me and answered any questions I have. Their network is stable and reliable. Coming from other popular providers, I can say Prism definitely is the best out of them all. I love their transparency in the Discord too.
