Unresponsive Customer Service I ordered for a gift and they said they weren’t like the originals so I tried to return them using the address on the website. I even sent an email making sure I was doing it right. After spending $22 on shipping, I received it back as undeliverable because they didn’t put the suite number on the site. They said they would pay for shipping back but since then it has been radio silence.

I ordred from arfragrances.com for the… I ordred from arfragrances.com for the firsst time and my experiece was almot good. It took some time to get the reponse from their custimer service when i called for a query. But reaction of their staff was quik and efficent. The shipping was aslo quite good. The appearnce of the product was also okay. I canot say that I was extremey happy but overall it was okay.

My New Signature Scent I've finally found my go-to fragrance in Executive. It's an excellent alternative to Bleu de Chanel. The longevity and sillage are outstanding. Thumbs up!
