Exceeded expectations Everything went beyond my expectations. Put in my order over the weekend, they shipped the package early on Monday. Had a problem with USPS stuck on reporting that they were waiting to receive the package. Decided to get in touch with PerfumeBox's customer service to ask them to check whether there was a problem on their end. They replied very quickly and confirmed everything was OK with the order and I should receive the package soon. Sure enough, USPS finally updated the tracking information a few hours later and the package was delivered the day originally estimated by PerfumeBox when I put in my order.

Worst customer service They have the worst customer service. They sent me a wrong fragrance that I returned in one day of receiving a return label. They didn’t care to follow up and share any updates on the actual fragrance that I ordered. I have emailed them three times already and no response after I returned their bottle. I have been buying fragrances for over 15 years from several online discounters, and this is the worst experience ever. Will never buy again from this website.
