Be very careful working with this company I would be very careful working with this company especially if like me, you have little or no knowledge of website building. I was given a quote (via the website so in writing) and advised about £40 per year hosting, then by the end of the online conversation I was told I needed 'Content Management System' which basically doubled the original cost. I paid this and was told this was the only amount I would need to pay other than the annual hosting fee. A short while into the build I was told that it wasn't £40 per year it was well over £100 but they could do a special price of £335 for 3 years which foolishly I paid. Again I was told there was nothing else to pay and that the website was ready to launch and yes the test site looked good. However I then received a phone call tell me I would need to pay another £300+ for something I really didn't understand but it sounded like payment for getting the site onto 'Google'. At this point I said no. I emailed my issues and asked for a refund and since then I have heard nothing. Most of this I have in writing including the "100% Satisfaction Guarantee 100% Unique Design Guarantee 100% Money-Back Guarantee".
