Big changes in Big changes in 2024 for apical from what I have seen. I have been a client for a year now and we have product in store from month 7 and selling. I was very worried initially with apical, communication and follow through but they really pulled things together and now have fullfilled on their original timeline and we are at our 2nd reorder now. Very impressed and hopeing that by the end of the year we have recouped out entire investment and then some! Very impressed with the progress this company has made.

When we signed When we signed up a year ago there were a lot of problems, we tried to gut through it but it was quite hard as we had taken out some financing to fund the inventory. Kodi was able to hop on personally and help us jump the queue and get our product expedited. My husband and I now are averaging 40-60 units a day and are looking to reorder! Long process but worth it in the end

Just reordered our Just reordered our 3rd batch of inventory. Love how they offered us a delayed billing period so we got to pay for the inventory when it arrived in amazon instead of when inventory finishes production

Best company for automation I’ve been with these guys. for 4 months now and I’m impressed! Their customer service team specifically Casey was on point! So quick to answer my questions and really helpful. It felt like they actually cared about making things profitable and timely with shipments for me, which you don't see everywhere in other companies! The sourcing department is also top-notch. They know their stuff, getting good quality stuff sorted out for me without any hassle and at good prices too. It's clear they've got a solid network and really understand the market. All in all, working with apical was a breeze. They're professional, they listen, and they deliver. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Apical has done a good job sticking to the timeline, I heard of some problems earlier on in the company but I am relativly new so this didnt concern me as much because communication and project management have been sound in my view. 3 products in store, 4 is on the boat. Currently at 37k in rev for the last 30 days. Looking to improve!
