GBRan poorly The class was ok, but it was a letdown to start with when you don't get the regular instructor. The instructor that filled in seemed like she needed to maybe do a run through prior to the class. She couldn't get the sound working on a video portion of the class. This shouldn't happen during an online course. It was done fine but not much excitement in the presentation. You could easily lose money from clients and or reps.

CAIt's great to have a liveā¦ It's great to have a live demonstration, to be able to see how products work, applied and detailed information is given. They answer any questions during the demo also!
