The project manager assigned to me was inconsistent with her communication, tried to sell me a product when I was clear from the start about my budget, I had to ask for illustration revision three times, and finally, didn’t hear anything from her after the new year. I had to reach out to the initial Bellevue contact to see what was going on-and was assigned a new project manager. Very shady business practices, illustrations look AI-generated. One revision a main character had two left feet, for instance. I’m in the process of asking for a refund.
