There were over 200 pictures and about 10 pieces of video there. last week I wanna copy them to my computer and burn it onto a DVD. Deceptive business practices Ordered the 7 day Trial of their DriverTuner software for $4.97. Did not see anything about automatic renewal, but after 7 days my ccard was hit with a $29.97 charge. Immediately wrote and requested a refund, advising them I did not want the program. I wrote 3 separate times and each time they tried to make me accept their program and never addressed my request. Advised my ccard company and contested the charge. This company has deceptive business practices and I will never purchase anything from them again.

I did not authorize Lionsea Software to charge me &55.00. I did not authorize Lionsea to Add a annual renewal to this bogus software you tried to sell me. I was sent an email which had no reply available and was marked as scam mail. This whole process is a scam. Don't even think about downloading from this company. Go to history and remove it forever.

Chinese Company with misleading promises I downloaded and paid for this program. However it only recovered a portion of my pictures. Out of 1200 plus pictures it only recovered 404. Their warranty is worthless. I asked for a refund twice and I never heard from them again. This is their worthless warranty: "Register with confidence!
