The company was quick to help me get… The company was quick to help me get started and choose what options I needed. After that we were off to getting an idea for a logo and I was assigned someone who specializes with making logos for my type of business. Ellie was super fast to get a few designs over and we picked one and went from there. She sent a lot of different variants and I gave her a lot of keep this change that but she was glad to edit it and get it back to me in a timely manner. This "company" is a scam This "company" is a scam. Do not believe what they are trying to sell you. I asked for examples of websites that they have designed and when I called those companies to confirm, none of the had ever heard of Design Craftic. When I asked for a refund they said they would refund my money100% and then sent me a fake 'receipt'. I am still waiting for my refund. When I try to call them, their phone has now been disconnected. Do not trust these scammers.
