AI dubbing in media that are NOT non-profit, especially ones from larger companies, is potentially immoral. In addition, I have looked at the reviews of this site on here, and almost every single person who reviewed it only wrote their review for this site. Definitely suspicious.

I used voiceover and they had various speakers with different accents. I found it nice and its free so does the job overall was happy with all AI tools it has to offer

Translated some audio with this and it was OK Found this when trying to translate Chinese audio to English. Wavel did it at the level of Google Translate (aka not very well). With a free account, you're limited to 1 minute at a time, 5 videos total. The "keep background score" option didn't work as the voice would be inaudible while the remaining music was very loud. The dubbing is robotic (tiktok TTS level). But it was fast output the result in 1-2 minutes. UI is simple and neat. Didn't have any problems and leaving this review to say the site does what it says on the tin and didn't give me malware. I did not use the paid version so I can't speak on that.
