IEA very good task and reward system. Microlancer has a great system and is constantly improving it. The escrow works well - task posters pay in advance and workers can be sure that they will get paid while the asker can be sure payment will only be made when they are happy. I've been using the site for a couple of years now and have withdrawn successfully many times. It's all very easy to use and well-presented.
