GBGreat Posture! This SitSmart Posture Plus keeps my back in the correct posture when sitting on chairs and bleachers! It really does for me everything as advertised: "safe and effective way to relieve lower back pain and improve posture." Was concerned that it would be hot during the summer months. Not so. GBBackJoy makes a big difference in reducing lower back pain when used on soft cushions, which amazed me. I was skeptical, having bought numerous lumbar support items, some of which work well, but all of which are heavier and cost more than BackJoy. This is a very lightweight but completely effective aid to improve sitting posture and relieve shoulder and back pain.

GBmisleading advertising I am sure this product has helped many people sit in office chairs, but... Misleading advertising. The pictures are confusing, and show people in twisted yoga poses. And they show a backjoy sitting in the seat of a car with no person. After purchasing one, I found through customer service that although the website says "Can be used in any chair", they are NOT meant to be used in a car or in any seat where your back is against the back of the seat, such as a sofa or recliner. Since I only wanted it for my car, this was worthless.

It's so incredible that I ended up getting another one for my partner because we both wanted to use it so much. It's so versatile and gets into all the right spots. I'm a massage therapist and use it often for self-care between my own massage + chiro appointments. 10/10 recommend.

GBExcellent Support I have been using the BackJoy seat for years, primarily in my car. I recently bought another plastic material seat because I feel like it provides better support than the softer seat, which I also use. The harder seat works better in the car, especially over rougher roads. I'm very satisfied with BackJoy and my brother recently used my two different seats and was very pleased with the support. He preferred the harder seat.
