Excellent Support I have been using the BackJoy seat for years, primarily in my car. I recently bought another plastic material seat because I feel like it provides better support than the softer seat, which I also use. The harder seat works better in the car, especially over rougher roads. I'm very satisfied with BackJoy and my brother recently used my two different seats and was very pleased with the support. Excellent customer service! The BackJoy Posture Plus was recommended to me by a friend. I accidentally ordered the wrong one online and noticed it later in the day. I called Customer Service to try to fix the problem. Someone answered right away and I explained what happened. He took the information and said he'd try to change the order before it went out.
