misleading advertising I am sure this product has helped many people sit in office chairs, but... Misleading advertising. The pictures are confusing, and show people in twisted yoga poses. And they show a backjoy sitting in the seat of a car with no person. After purchasing one, I found through customer service that although the website says "Can be used in any chair", they are NOT meant to be used in a car or in any seat where your back is against the back of the seat, such as a sofa or recliner. Since I only wanted it for my car, this was worthless.

Doesn't perform as advertised Used it for 2-3 weeks and it helps just a bit. Never like shown in promotional videos, which are really exaggerated. It may be improved by giving it some height in the back or more slanted, and using a more sturdy material. Not pleased and would not recommend. Too expensive for something that doesn't perform as advertised.

My friend's mother struggled with pain… My friend's mother struggled with pain when sitting down and getting up. She would inform that she was uncomfortable whenever she sat down on a chair, on a car, even while flying. I suggested she get this product from BackJoy since I had personally benefited from purchasing one. Within the first day of use her statements became those of feeling relief.

Great Posture! This SitSmart Posture Plus keeps my back in the correct posture when sitting on chairs and bleachers! It really does for me everything as advertised: "safe and effective way to relieve lower back pain and improve posture." Was concerned that it would be hot during the summer months. Not so. Excellent customer service! The BackJoy Posture Plus was recommended to me by a friend. I accidentally ordered the wrong one online and noticed it later in the day. I called Customer Service to try to fix the problem. Someone answered right away and I explained what happened. He took the information and said he'd try to change the order before it went out. Later in the day I received an email that the order had indeed been fixed and I received the BackJoy Posture Plus was delivered!
