Prices are high, so you'd expect something more attractive. Not sure, if it warth to buy somthing here. It is ok, if you are in the look, for smthng special or uniqe, but u normall experiance. Oveall, im not pleasantly impressed.

Excellent customer service! The BackJoy Posture Plus was recommended to me by a friend. I accidentally ordered the wrong one online and noticed it later in the day. I called Customer Service to try to fix the problem. Someone answered right away and I explained what happened. He took the information and said he'd try to change the order before it went out. Later in the day I received an email that the order had indeed been fixed and I received the BackJoy Posture Plus was delivered!
