Excellent Support I have been using the BackJoy seat for years, primarily in my car. I recently bought another plastic material seat because I feel like it provides better support than the softer seat, which I also use. The harder seat works better in the car, especially over rougher roads. I'm very satisfied with BackJoy and my brother recently used my two different seats and was very pleased with the support. He preferred the harder seat.

They have a wide selection of items availbale, and the website is easy enough to use that anyone can find what they need. Prices are good but they could be a bit lower as far as im conserned. I have had no problems with the customer services, and orderd a few times, but all though it has been smooth, returning policy needs some improvement. Speedy delivery and good packging are plusses. Overall, BackJoy is average enough to shop at.

I can’t remember when I bought my first… I can’t remember when I bought my first Backjoy. I saw an infomercial on TV and thought it worth trying. It succeeded in improving my lower back. I’ve nearly worn out that first one and have purchased 2 others and then this latest one. I keep one in the car, at the cabin and elsewhere where I use them. You have an excellent product!

misleading advertising I am sure this product has helped many people sit in office chairs, but... Misleading advertising. The pictures are confusing, and show people in twisted yoga poses. And they show a backjoy sitting in the seat of a car with no person. After purchasing one, I found through customer service that although the website says "Can be used in any chair", they are NOT meant to be used in a car or in any seat where your back is against the back of the seat, such as a sofa or recliner. Since I only wanted it for my car, this was worthless.

Back Joy made a difference I could immediately feel in the clinic, and now at home. I've been able to work sitting upright upright through the entire work day with Back Joy, after more than nine months of complete / partial bed rest after my injury. Plus, I'm able to resume activities after work that had been too painful to enjoy in months.
