Not worth the price It is supposed to help me with my posture but after using it for a month, I feel more comfortable sitting without it. I work long period of hours sitting in front of a computer and I don't think this helps. A normal cushion is nicer to seat on.

Makes working at my desk pain free such a simple thing, but so effective in making time spent at my desk pain-free. We have bought 2 now because both my husband and I can't go without them. Great for both relieving back pain from sitting, and also great at improving chair comfort overall.

It really does for me everything as advertised: "safe and effective way to relieve lower back pain and improve posture." Was concerned that it would be hot during the summer months. Not so.
