Excellent customer service! The BackJoy Posture Plus was recommended to me by a friend. I accidentally ordered the wrong one online and noticed it later in the day. I called Customer Service to try to fix the problem. Someone answered right away and I explained what happened. He took the information and said he'd try to change the order before it went out. Later in the day I received an email that the order had indeed been fixed and I received the BackJoy Posture Plus was delivered!

I can’t remember when I bought my first… I can’t remember when I bought my first Backjoy. I saw an infomercial on TV and thought it worth trying. It succeeded in improving my lower back. I’ve nearly worn out that first one and have purchased 2 others and then this latest one. I keep one in the car, at the cabin and elsewhere where I use them. You have an excellent product!

Great Posture! This SitSmart Posture Plus keeps my back in the correct posture when sitting on chairs and bleachers! It really does for me everything as advertised: "safe and effective way to relieve lower back pain and improve posture." Was concerned that it would be hot during the summer months. Not so. Thank you BackJoy!

Doesn't perform as advertised Used it for 2-3 weeks and it helps just a bit. Never like shown in promotional videos, which are really exaggerated. It may be improved by giving it some height in the back or more slanted, and using a more sturdy material. Not pleased and would not recommend. Too expensive for something that doesn't perform as advertised.
