Great Posture! This SitSmart Posture Plus keeps my back in the correct posture when sitting on chairs and bleachers! It really does for me everything as advertised: "safe and effective way to relieve lower back pain and improve posture." Was concerned that it would be hot during the summer months. Not so. I can’t remember when I bought my first… I can’t remember when I bought my first Backjoy. I saw an infomercial on TV and thought it worth trying. It succeeded in improving my lower back. I’ve nearly worn out that first one and have purchased 2 others and then this latest one. I keep one in the car, at the cabin and elsewhere where I use them. You have an excellent product!

BackJoy makes a big difference in reducing lower back pain when used on soft cushions, which amazed me. I was skeptical, having bought numerous lumbar support items, some of which work well, but all of which are heavier and cost more than BackJoy. This is a very lightweight but completely effective aid to improve sitting posture and relieve shoulder and back pain.

Not worth the price It is supposed to help me with my posture but after using it for a month, I feel more comfortable sitting without it. I work long period of hours sitting in front of a computer and I don't think this helps. A normal cushion is nicer to seat on.
