Unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would like to share my negative experience with Branding Studio Incorporated LLC. I had requested a custom-built website, but instead, I received a concept made with a $59 Gwangi template. When I asked about this, I was assured that changes would be made according to my requirements. However, the website was never built with my domain name, and all I received were test links to view concept ideas for the site and logo. On April 8, 2023, I discovered that my admin login page had been changed and that my admin username and password were not being recognized. I later learned that my domain had been transferred to an unknown server or hosting without my authorization, even though we had only agreed to build the website. I suspect this transfer caused me to lose access to my website. There were alternative methods available to them to build the website without interfering with my hosting account. In light of these developments, I requested a refund, but my refund was denied. Despite David Anderson's promise to provide me with new login information, I still have not received access to my website admin. Also, I was initially assured that my refund was guaranteed within 30 days, but he has not followed through on this promise. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and honesty displayed by Branding Studio Incorporated LLC. Overall, my experience with Branding Studio Incorporated LLC was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope that my review will serve as a warning to others considering using this company.

Outstanding service! To begin with I had no experience with websites or even social media. To be honest even struggled with a Mac computer. Jason supported me the whole way. Always there and never made me feel like I was a bother. He gave me solid advice, which I took and am so glad I did. The level of professionalism and patience he had with me was outstanding.
