GBFast response, resent as requested Fast response. Sent me a Microsoft version. I needed MacBook. Plusbay without question immediately sent me a download for Mac. It all worked!

GBVery Poor Support or Follow up. I have been unable to download and install the software they sent me. I have contacted them and they sent other downloads which still do not work. Now after 24 hours, all emails I sent to their support email address are coming back as "temporarily" undeliverable" I really would like to get this working but I do not see any acceptable tech support.
