Ashley is such a pleasure to speak… Ashley is such a pleasure to speak with, she is always in a good mood, quick to see what your issue is , and get a tech to assist you asap. My issue was resolved in a very small amount of time . Mainly, if she ( or the tech ) says she will call you back , you can be sure it will not be long , even if the tech cannot answer you right away , she will let you know that they are just busy , but someone will be calling soon.
