GBWe engaged Exemplifi to help us build a…job board for our Applicant Tracking System We engaged Exemplifi to help us build a job board from scratch, as part of our implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System. As with any project like this, the devil is in the details, and we were dealing with a variety of functional and aesthetic requirements that needed to be addressed quickly. Exemplifi came through for us in two key ways: 1. they got the first version of our spec almost entirely right when they delivered it (any gaps were on our own end) 2. when we needed to make functional and aesthetic changes, they didn't push back. (You'd be surprised how many vendors don't want to work a problem all the way to resolution.) The net result for us was a faster delivery of a product that was both functional and attractive. Vinod and his team did excellent work for us on a mission-critical project, and along a short timeline wherein there was no room for error.
