He picked up my hard drive from another computer shop and later delivered it back to me, in spite of the fact that, in the end, my company's encryption policies would not allow him to access my data. Broken Hard Drive It's always stressful when your hard drive breaks but Petri was extremely responsive, calm, and happy to answer any question that I had. Hopefully, I won't find myself in the same position but I do I will definitely go back here.
