Amazing experience - perfect service at good price First, they recovered 100% of my data!!! I dropped my hard drive with 1000s of hours worth of work on it and it wasn't even being detected by computers. I have a fair background in computers and tried several things myself but the HDD was in trouble. This would have been worth any price and wait; however, they worked with me on a price and time frame that also fit my urgent needs...to top it all off, they delivered the fixed device directly to my home so I could have it before I had to catch a flight out of town. 5/5!

He picked up my hard drive from another computer shop and later delivered it back to me, in spite of the fact that, in the end, my company's encryption policies would not allow him to access my data.
