Reviews are helpful; sizing varies Reviews are helpful. Site pictures could be clearer. Also, not sure if sizing is based on teens or women? This is my first order. Are your returns only for store credit even if defective and will I be able to exchange for size?

Canceled Order! This my second time i’m rebuying my products from my shopping cart because the first time my order was canceled. This is a little frustrating because I need my outfit ASAP for prom this MAY. I’m hoping I get a complete refund this time and not just another gift card!

Quick, Easy, Discount! I so love how quickly the site loads! & How easy it is to find what your seeking! I like that they have both small & plus size models on the site since I am now chunky. I appreciate that they give an extra 10% off your order when your size is unavailable! Thanks Nova!
