Canceled Order! This my second time i’m rebuying my products from my shopping cart because the first time my order was canceled. This is a little frustrating because I need my outfit ASAP for prom this MAY. I’m hoping I get a complete refund this time and not just another gift card!

I'm really happy with this company I'm really happy with this company. Everything is affordable. Sizing is tricky but the return process is easy. Only thing is they don't offer refunds. You'll receive a gift card to use on future purchases.

I would give it a zero star rating I would give it a zero star rating. Not a company I would ever buy from again. If something not meets what you expected you will not recieve money back but a store credit and if you have no plans on buying from them again you lose the funds but a store credit remains. Their quality of product are worse than purchasing from another place. I would give a zero star if returning items you don’t get anything back and worthless when another company does. Dirty business they do!
