NOgood customer service I had ordered a few items from the website on a Black Friday sale. When the day of delivery came the mailman had to send the package back to the sender due to the fact that I didn’t write my name on the mailbox. I contacted customer service and I was told that I would get a refund and that I had to repurchase everything, and that was their policy. I explained I bought them off on a sale and a they replied that they could make an exception and send it back to me. I spoke to Karin from customer service and they were very fast replying to me, wrote very clearly and consistent, and they were willing to make an exception since I bought it off from a sale. Everything was hassle-free and a nice customer service experience.
