Great support Great support, replies are almost instant and is very detailed. They take care of everything and give recommendations when asked for. Our server was lagging too, I've just asked why and they explained me in a clear way that 1.13.2 version of the servers are not optimized properly, using Spigot version would give better experience and bunch of other information. I did apply them and it actually works amazing now, if you have a problem just ask. Their staff is friendly, is willing to help and solve your problems. Looking forward to work more with them!

You might save 3 to 4 times the cost by switching to other hosts and doing some of the labour yourself.

I am extremely disappointed in their… I am extremely disappointed in their service, I got a server almost three weeks ago, it was extremely laggy, more so than I would have expected for a 6GB server. I canceled the same day, and still have no response from their billing about getting a refund. Worst service I have had on any minecraft server host.

Beastnode is a great service provider… Beastnode is a great service provider who provides an incredible amount of freedom and quick customer service. Although I only bought their cheapest plan, they still treated me as a valued customer whose opinion was appreciated. However, their dashboard is a bit outdated and difficult to navigate. It took some time for me to crack my head and I still ask for help from time to time. Most of my problems are solved within a low 2 hours! I would 10/10 buy from them again and would recommend to anyone, veteran or beginner, looking to start a Minecraft server.

Powerful machinery I haven’t used these services for major hosting- but I have been using the services for heavy building that requires a lot of power, and there has been no known issues. The services are powerful and will hold up for your needs! Whenever I’ve been in need for servers to start different projects, Beastnode has always been my first goto.
