Good Old Fashion Customer Service Guney was responsive and my order arrived as expected. This is definitely a small business. However, in this case it's the good kind where there's a real sense of ownership and humanity. Beyond the great prices, this is the kind of differentiator that makes it worth looking outside the e-commerce giants. I believe that by cutting out the middleman, and dodging those marketplace's punitive seller fees, a trustworthy small shop like this can be extremely competitive. You can also feel good about chipping in your tiny vote against the monopoly and promoting free markets.
