VERY DISAPPOINTED I'm livid to say the least. Placed a larger order just under $100.00. Paid for the order, and was told order would be mailed in a timely manner, however it wasn't, and I received an email with what was supposed to be a tracking number. Well the Post office never received the order. I emailed the company and asked what was going on with my order, I was emailed the next day and was told my order would be sent and I would receive in 3 days. I did finally receive an order that was 2 items short, and sent the company of what was received and an email that I will be disputing the charge. I will never ever place an order with this company again. I placed this order on 10/04/23 and still is not resolved almost 3 weeks later.

I have had an averge experience with… I have had an averge experience with orderbeautysupply.com. They offer a large range of choices from a variety of beauty suppliers, which is a plus. However, the prices tend to be quite hight. The check-ou process is generally smoth but it can take some time during peak times. There are occasionally discounts being offred, but not as often as some other similar stores. Overal, they're fine for the occasional beauty prodicts but there are likely better optons for a more extensve shopping trip.
