Unpleasant Surprise. Never more. I'm mad. I decided to order the Dream Cream from this website, thinking the products were already in the US and the delivery would be relatively quick with no damage, so I didn't mind paying a fu*@&$! expensive price for that. However, the order was shipped from Brazil, took 13 business days to arrive, and when it did, the product was almost 1/4 missing, with the bottom cracked, likely due to going through Customs. Honestly, I won't be ordering from this site anytime soon. If I have to deal with damaged and delayed products, I'd rather go back to my previous supplier, where the product is literally half the price of Keratin. Their 3kg Dream Cream is CAD$69, while, converting USD to CAD, Keratin's Dream Cream ended up costing almost CAD$133. I learned the lesson. Never again.

They have almst good customer service representative5 who worked to solve issues, although I did not have any to begin with. The ordering process was easy to navigate and prices seem fair enough. The website itself is ok; easy to navigate and visually pleasing. The delivery process was smooth and the items arrived in good time and condition. Overally it's a satisfactory experience, but nothing beyond that.

I checked my order on Sunday and it was still in fullfilled status, I emailed support who replied to me the next day company does not work on weekends and my order is being shipped now. I am still waiting it has been 5 days since support told me they shipped it.
