I had an ordinery experiance with… I had an ordinery experiance with Function of Beauty. I like theyr productss and the price is also not too bad. The delivery time was pretty reasonable too. Which was really great given the fact that I had ordered from them as a gift! It was nice that the website also had a range of choises which made it easier to choose what I wanted. The website iteslf was easy to navagate too. Althogh the customer service wasn't really the best, I was still satisfied. Overal it was a pretty decent experiance, althought it could have been better if the customer service was better.

The products work extremely well The products work extremely well, above and beyond anything we’ve tried in stores. However, the shipping timeline was obnoxiously long, especially considering that even though we live in Canada, it didn’t get to any courier for a week, and then spent 2 weeks milling about in and around New Jersey, instead of crossing the border.

Good quality I got my shampoo and conditioner on time and loved it!!!! I chose the floral daydreamer scent and it’s right on point!! Not too strong but very aromatic! However I don’t feel like it quite lives up to my expectations for the price. My hair gets greasy much sooner after washing than it does with other shampoos, and also alittle frizzier. I’ve only been using it for 1 month now so maybe it will get better. Overall I recommend this product.

I LOVE my function of beauty Shampoo… I LOVE my function of beauty Shampoo and Conditioner however, I have thick(ish) curly hair and tend to use more conditioner than shampoo. I wish they would do a size larger than the 16oz. But my hair has never been happier, and the curls are amazing!

Wish for environmental packaging… I love the silicone free conditioner with lavender, it’s the only conditioner I ever tried that makes my hair hydrate and smooth and really soft. My hair has been so soft and no breakage since I switch to silicone free formula. My hair is wavy, fine and balanced. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is because I wish the bottle and the pump where different. I wish the bottle was glass instead of plastic - because of enviromental damage of plastic. I would pay more to have a glass bottle! And also it would fit the product better, because the product such nice quality. And I wish the pump was better quality, so it wouldn’t break as easily and I could stop ordering them when ever I buy new conditioner + shampoo. Also I can’t seem to ger the last 2 cm of product, up from the bottle I always have to cut it xD
