I have two VSPs with servercheap.net I have two VSPs with servercheap.net. You are expected to know what you are doing in all phases of your 3rd party software configuration. To their credit, they have assisted me with an unforeseen issue when purchasing an addon. Even though their notice caused me not to go forward with the extra purchase, they save me time and money with the notice. I appreciate them going the extra distance for their customers. The price can not be beaten. The service is stable.

Cloudfanatic blackmailed me over my data ! When the period of my service ended they asked me to renew it or they would delete my data. This makes sense as they are not supposed to backup data forever for free. However when I requested to download my data, they said the only way to do it was to first pay to renew the service !! So they forced me to pay again for something that was mine, and they threatened to delete it. This shows the ethic of the company and how much they care about their customers.

Fast and Reliable Fast support, as well as fast servers! The service, unlike other VPS providers at this price range, provides excellent customer support, as well as blazing fast speeds! The whole experience while hosting here was great. The only downside that I experienced, was that there were no storage upgrade or addon options. Besides that, though, with KVMs at this price range, I can't complain!

Reliable, fast servers, and helpful service I futzed around for a couple of years with cheapo hosting companies (both VPS and KVM). Everything was usually good for a couple of months but then the server would get overloaded, response time would be terrible, and I'd spend days complaining. Switched to ServerCheap about 18 months ago. They weren't much more expensive but it was a whole different experience. Rarely experience downtime, and usually only for a minute or two. Server is snappier than any of my previous companies and has remained consistently so. Have only had to contact customer service once and they got right back to me. Don't mess around like I did.
