Great servers and support I started to use cloudfanatic over a year ago and my experience is great. I have use my servers for many difference things, Vpn server, dns server, website hosting and more. The servers are fast and you get a lot of bandwidth. The support is great and fast. I currently have 5 servers and nothing to complain about.

I have two VSPs with servercheap.net I have two VSPs with servercheap.net. You are expected to know what you are doing in all phases of your 3rd party software configuration. To their credit, they have assisted me with an unforeseen issue when purchasing an addon. Even though their notice caused me not to go forward with the extra purchase, they save me time and money with the notice. I appreciate them going the extra distance for their customers. The price can not be beaten. The service is stable.

Very affordable and best bang for the buck. Recently started using Servercheap's VPS hosting and I really do like the pricing that they have. It's in the site's name and they do deliver on that. I run game servers for me and my friends to play on and the speeds are really good for the Chicago datacenter! I also appreciate that they have a dedicated status page up to alert for any interruptions. I did have a minor issue with payment on the invoice at first with PayPal but that got taken care of and the server was deployed pretty quickly. I don't know much about the long term usage yet, but overall I'm impressed so far.

Cloudfanatic blackmailed me over my data ! When the period of my service ended they asked me to renew it or they would delete my data. This makes sense as they are not supposed to backup data forever for free. However when I requested to download my data, they said the only way to do it was to first pay to renew the service !! So they forced me to pay again for something that was mine, and they threatened to delete it. This shows the ethic of the company and how much they care about their customers.

Excellent VPS provider I've been customer here for more than 2 years now and it has always been reliable. Extremely little downtime and as far as I could find the best price to quality ratio. The support is also very great, always responding within 24 hours and most of the time within just an hour. The only thing that lacks a bit is the server management interface on the website, it's quite slow. But overall just very good.
