Over agressive marketing techniques and dishonesty Just like the others, I am fed up with persistent harassment from an over-aggressive sales pitch. When someone tells me that they have researched my company and feel that they are a perfect fit, then I know they are lying. There is nothing in my company profile or portfolio which could possibly be improved by software engineers in South America. So, if the initial contact is a lie, then trust is already on the rocks.

The team members they employ are top notch and have always done an exceptional job. The process from contract, on-boarding to off-boarding is seamless. Better than I had any right to expect I started working with Baires in July of 2022, and they just asked me to write a review to help their profile. After everything they've done I thought that was more than fair. We had a classic case of scope creep where we thought we would have a project that would take a few months and the project just expanded and expanded into something we're still working on.
