Better than what I expected If you are looking to start your Amazon business and not handle the day to day, they're a great management team. Both the communication and service have been on par with my expectations and my store has continued to grow!

We were looking for an online business… We were looking for an online business model that made sense to us. Our biggest challenge was our 'day job' and trying to manage a business at the same time. ARC provided the opportunity to achieve that goal. The entry fee is a bit steep, but I understand the need. What I found refreshing is that they are as interested as you are in success. They have standard procedures to help you through the process to get started, but they could use some refinement. After we got started, you need to be comfortable with letting them drive the process to get your store going. They do a good job of weekly updates on the progress. There are a lot of considerations to run a successful store in Amazon, and they do a good job of navigating it for you. We are currently 3 months in and sales have been over $10k. This is not bad considering that is the same 3 months we are in a probation period with amazon. I am taking the next step to increase our float to purchase more inventory and I am looking forward to the next chapter in our business relationship. If you are in a similar situation, this is a good investment opportunity, and ARC is a good partner!

Negative ROI for 2023 Updated #6 - 1/21/2024 If you are considering investing, I would strongly caution you against it. My stores combined did almost negative $10,000 in net revenue in 2023. I tried to do a breakdown, but TrustPilot did not allow the review, I believe it was too much personal information. I also attempted to get my initial investment back from ARC, but they did not agree to do that. Mario has been very nice to work with, and I appreciate his upbeat and postive attitude. From an investor standpoint, to lose money on both stores in 11 and 6 months of operation respectively, is terrible. Between the $10k loss, losing my personal Facebook account, and all of the time the "done for you service" has taken up in follow-up, time spent going through numbers with my accountant, etc, it's been a terrible investment. I see other people on here who have left reviews and had positive experiences. I hope for everyone's sake I am the exception, not the rule, but I've had a handful of people reach out to me because of this review (both current and prospective investors) and those who have invested have also had negative experiences. Update #5 11/5/2023: I've had a handful of people find me on social media who have had bad experiences with ARC. If you have had a bad experience, I'm happy to talk to you about mine and yours. I'm getting more and more interested in other people's experiences. I'm apparently easy to find on Facebook, so feel free to message me directly. Update #4 10/23/2023: changed back to two stars. Mario, Louie, and I met today. Today I felt like they were definitely trying to figure out what's going on. Update #3 10/16/2023: numbers were postponed again, but I was "assured they are working on it". I believe they are trying integrate numbers with Amazon or something, but I definitely don't feel like a priority at all. Updated title from Lukewarm Experience to Terrible Experience. Update #2, ***EDIT: This part of the review turned out to be an accounting error on my side of the table, not ARC's. So I want to make sure that is clear as far as missing money would be concerned*** reduced from two to one star 10/6/2023: after having my accountant review my bank statements, and reviewing the transactions myself as well, there is a significant amount of money missing associated with my Amazon account. I've asked for updated numbers, ARC provided what was supposed to be a P&L, but they were updating the numbers live on the meeting which tells me they aren't taking me and my money seriously. Twice they have pushed back the deadline to get me accurate numbers to account for the around $10,000 that are unaccounted for. Very dissatisfied right now. I'm hoping it's just some error and everything is working, but I'm losing my optimism. Update: after posting my review, ARC Management reached out. I stand by that I consider them attentive and appreciate the personal touch from the team. I hope to see better results soon. Overall I've had a lukewarm experience as a whole with ARC. First the positives Main positive is the team. They are attentive for the most part, kind, and respond quickly to my questions. Robert exudes a lot of confidence and I do believe they have expertise in what they are doing. Negatives I bought a Shopify and FB DFY. The shopfiy has turned into an FBA per Robert's recommendation. That has slowed the growth of the store tremendously because we basically started two stores. It's been a year since I invested. We switched to FBA in January of this year roughly (it's August now). We have averaged a 7% Margin and don't even make enough monthly for me to cover the $400 management fee built into the contract. Overall I haven't really made any money there. The FB store was a total disaster. The short version is my FB account was disabled permanently. FB is terrible to work with, so we can't be 100% sure what caused it, but there were several issues that came up after the ARC team got involved. Without sure information, this is primarily circumstantial or correlation, but I lost my long-time personal FB account permanently. ARC built a Walmart store in place of the FB store. The team seems to be doing well. They've had a 20% margin, it's dropshipping so it's not as capital intensive, etc. FB was a disaster, but the Walmart store has done well so far. I hope to update this in the coming months to have a more positive spin and update to having made the money I was expecting. As of right now, I'm just hoping to net enough to make my money back.

My experience with ARC has been life… My experience with ARC has been life changing. Being able to make passive income while I focus on other endeavors has been a huge blessing. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Extremely professional and they get results!
